Super Teens is an educational program offered by Malkansview Training Institute Pvt. Ltd. (“We”, “Us” or “Company”). This Policy explains how our programs, learning materials and any included physical items are delivered to participants and their parents or legal guardians.

Online Program Delivery

Super Teens programs are primarily conducted online. Following successful registration and confirmation of the applicable payment, program access details and joining instructions will be shared through the registered email address, mobile number and/or designated learning platform.
Live sessions will be delivered according to the communicated schedule. Learning materials and recordings, where included, will be made available in accordance with the access terms and timelines specified for the relevant program.​

Swag Boxes and Physical Materials

Selected programs may include a swag box containing goodies, learning materials or other physical items. These are included only where expressly mentioned in the program offering.
The applicable shipping locations, any additional delivery charges and estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be specified on the program page or communicated before enrollment. Tracking details will be shared where available.
Physical items may be delivered separately from the online program. Their delivery date may differ from the date on which online access begins.​

Shipping Address and Delivery

For programs that include physical items, the parent or legal guardian should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number.
Any address corrections should be communicated to our support team as soon as possible. Changes requested after dispatch may not be possible.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, location, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. If a shipment is delayed, undelivered or returned, please contact our support team for assistance.
If an item arrives damaged or is missing from the package, please contact us promptly with your registration details and relevant photographs, where possible, so that we can review and resolve the issue.

In Person Programs and Events

Super Teens may occasionally conduct in-person sessions or events. Participation is included only where expressly stated in the relevant program offering or separately confirmed through registration.
The venue, date, timing and attendance requirements will be communicated to the registered participant and/or parent or legal guardian before the event. Any changes will be notified through the registered contact details.
Travel, accommodation and related arrangements are included only if expressly mentioned in the event offering.

Parent or Legal Guardian Responsibility

For participants below 18 years of age, enrollment and participation must take place with the knowledge, consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or legal guardian should ensure that registration and delivery details are accurate, monitor program communications and assist the participant in accessing sessions and receiving physical items, where applicable.

Access and Delivery Support

Participants should have a suitable device, internet connection and any applications required for online participation.
If access details have not been received within the communicated timeline, please check your spam or junk folder and contact our support team with your registration and payment details.
If a technical issue on our part affects program delivery, we will communicate the revised access arrangements or schedule.

This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cancellation / Refund Policy applicable to Super Teens. Personal information collected for program delivery and shipping will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
